vultr新机房再开服，第24个数据中心落户夏威夷州檀香山
3月23日vultr宣布自己的第24个数据中心正式开服，这次开服的新数据中心是美国自己本土的数据中心，位于太平洋中部的夏威夷州的首府檀香山，檀香山因此也成为vultr在美国国内的第九个机房。今年以来vultr大动作不断，先后新增了多个全球机房，同时新增了AMD霄龙处理器的云服务器以及高性能英特尔处理器的云服务器，vultr也由此从一个只售卖普通云服务器的VPS商家变成了一个云计算商家。檀香山作为一个太平洋地区的机房，按理来说会比西海岸的洛杉矶、西雅图、硅谷等机房表现应该更好才对，但是我们观察了一下部分博主对该机房的测试后我们发现实际效果直接就不如西海岸的，究其原因则是因为国内要连到夏威夷并不是直接就能连到的，夏威夷理论上只是地理位置上比美西较近而已，夏威夷机房需要通过美国的本土之后再去连接夏威夷，相当于往返都绕了一个半的太平洋，因此效果比不上直接使用美西的机房，这个在选择之前请一定慎重考虑。
